Unusable - leaves hair full of residue

This product is awful and makes my hair look like it needs a wash. Not sure if it's just the range that doesn't work for me. I asked if I could swap it for something else but they refused to help me. Lost a customer.

I absolutely love this shampoo it’s like an injection of moisture for my hair. I have really thick hair and it feels super hydrating, plus I love the gorgeous smell!

My favorite

I have been using Intense range from this brand for a few weeks and I am in love. My hair is fine so it needs gentle care, and both the shampoo and conditioner leaves my hair looking so healthy and shiny. I also really like the fact that strengthens my roots to prevent future unwanted thinning. I cannot recommend it enough.
